Return/Exchange Policy


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help! You may return your merchandise within 7 business of receiving order or purchase, for an exchange only.  The exchange must be of equal value or more.

You must email our Customer Support Team at info@distinctivelymod.com to obtain a Return Confirmation Number prior to returning merchandise.

A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise.

Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the return policy guidelines will not be mailed back or exchanged.

Items must be received in new condition; UNWORN, UNWASHED, or UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached and accompanied by a receipt/invoice.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Final sale items, lingerie, body suits, and underwear can not be returned or exchanged.

We recommend shipping insurance and maintaining shipping receipts until your return/exchange  is processed. 

Distinctively Mod is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit. 

Distinctively Mod reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn, damaged, altered or stained.
