Thank you for your online Distinctively Mod Boutique purchase! We understand that items may look and fit differently once you get them. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a STORE CREDIT(less shipping fees). You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning merchandise. Returns and exchanges for online orders are only accepted within 10 days of receipt by customer. We accept items that have not been WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Footwear returns/exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. ALL accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALE. ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All returned items should be sent back fully insured by USPS or other carrier. All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered. If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address. Shipping labels are generated from the address you put in your account information. We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong. Please check the Shipping Address you put in your profile.
