Returns/Exchanges/Refund Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 3 days of receiving order, for an exchange only.  Email our Customer Support  Team at to obtain a Return Confirmation Number prior to returning merchandise.

A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise.

Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the return policy guidelines will not be mailed back, refunded or exchanged.

Items must be received in new condition; UNWORN, UNWASHED, or UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached, in original package and accompanied by a receipt/invoice.

Distinctively Mod reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn, damaged, or stained after shipping.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

We recommend shipping insurance and maintaining shipping receipts until your return is processed. 

Distinctively Mod is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.
